Preparing the Property
Guidance is provided on staging, repairs, and presentation to help your home attract potential buyers.
Step 4:
Marketing Your Home
Your home is marketed with professional photography and exposure across major real estate platforms.
Step 5:
Showings and Open Houses
Potential buyers tour the property through scheduled showings and open houses.
Step 6:
Reviewing Offers and Negotiation
All offers are carefully reviewed so you can evaluate the price and terms. I will negotiate on your behalf to help secure the strongest possible offer.
Step 7:
Offer Accepted
Once an offer is accepted, the transaction moves forward toward the next stages of the sale.
Step 8:
Buyer Inspections
The buyer may conduct inspections of the property to evaluate its condition.
Step 9:
Contract, Attorney Review, Loan Processing, and Title Search
Attorneys review and finalize the contract. During this time, the buyer’s lender works to finalize the loan. The buyer’s lender will also order an appraisal to confirm the value of the property. A title search is also ordered to ensure the property has clear ownership and no outstanding legal issues.
Step 10:
Closing
All final documents are signed, funds are disbursed to the appropriate parties, and ownership of the property is officially transferred to the buyer.
